Many a liberal talking head “exploded” as Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) called the confirmation of Justice Amy Coney Barrett a “birthday present” for failed Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.
The New York Post has the details of a speech given during a campaign event:
“It was a wonderful birthday present for Hillary Clinton to confirm Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court Monday night on her birthday,” McConnell (R-Ky.) told his supporters on Wednesday. “Oh, I’m sure she was so grateful, so grateful.”
Oh boy, you can also hear it for yourself!
This caused many a liberal head to explode.
Our Take…
The legend of “Cocaine Mitch” keeps growing, as this is another one of those “savage” moments that McConnell has become known for in conservative circles.
Meanwhile, look at all of these useful idiots and their vitriol towards McConnell. This is the same crowd that claimed ACB was “A Handmaid’s Tale” come to life. The sour grapes is real.
As matters stand right now, it looks like they will have another 6 years of McConnell to deal with, as polls show him way up on his challenger, Amy McGrath.
