Looks like NY Governor (and Buffoon of the Week nominee) Andrew Cuomo is none too happy that bar owners statewide got over on his “no drinks without food” rule.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo has made it even harder for cash-strapped watering holes and restaurants to churn back to life — by declaring that a bag of chips is no longer enough to comply with the requirement that they serve food with booze.

This is after a number of watering holes exploited a grand loophole in Cuomo’s attempt to assert control.
Meanwhile, Cuomo’s so concerned about the spread of COVID-19, he was seen in Georgia maskless, and refused to go into self-quarantine for two weeks upon his return.
No word yet if bar owners will raise their Cuomo nemus up to $2.00 an item!
